Saas Kamaal Bahu Dhamaal is set in the cursed village of Jhakjhorpur, where no saas-bahu pair can live in peace. Lakshmi, an educated girl, marries into this village and soon finds herself at odds with her own saasu maa. Determined to end the curse, she secretly devises a plan to unite all saas-bahu duos. Her plan works, but the villagers turn against her when they realize they’ve been deceived. Is Lakshmi a well-meaning do-gooder or a clever con artist?
