Hosted by Zain Calcuttawala and Avanti Malhotra, Marbles Lost Found is a podcast to raise awareness about mental health and its importance in our day to day life. We want everyone to know that mental health care, just like physical health care, is actually normal. It’s okay to not feel okay, you aren’t alone…in fact you’d be surprised how many people feel the way you feel.
